Lock also offers solutions for lifting windows – a straightforward and durable form of barn ventilation. A vertical window surface is moved smoothly up or down, driven either by an electric or manual shaft drive in combination with cable drums, which ensure even lifting and lowering. Lifting windows are suitable for all housing systems in barn construction and deliver the best results wherever, alongside generous ventilation, a reliable closing function and plenty of light are required – whether as single windows, continuous windows or double-lift windows. The components connect easily via the standard 1-inch pipe and pre-assembled brackets, which noticeably speeds up installation.
